About Our Mentor

Sunil Moghe : Promoter / CEO

Mr.Moghe is a well known entrepreneur in the Indian Coatings Industry. He has a Post Graduate in Chemistry with more than 35 years of experience in the field of Electro Plating and Painting Industry. He started his career working with companies such as Vanaz Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Amphenol Ltd. and Uptron SemPack Ltd. During this period he worked in various capacities in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Process Development and Research and Development. Finally, in 1993 he left Larsen & Turbo to set up and head his own company - MetDerm Treat. His commitment and dedication to the Coatings Industry has truly made him an authority in this area. Based in Mumbai, he is an active Member of the Metal Finishing Association of India.

Avinash Raje : Director of Product Design - Engineering Division

Mr Raje joined MetDerm Treat in 2002 as a Product Design Director in the Engineering Division. He started his career with L&T after completing his mechanical engineering and has over 36 years of experience building and maintaining PLC based machines and equipments. During this period he worked in various Engineering and Managerial capacities. Over the years, Mr. Raje has extensively worked on development and commissioning of Automatic Plating and ETP plants. At present he is designing and manufacturing intricate components made of metal, plastic for Engineering Industries.
