We are offering wide range of Nickel Boron Nitride / Nickel BN coating, which is engineered for a superior lubricity, abrasion and corrosion protection synergy. This unique process is formulated to produce a uniformly dispersed boron nitride particles co-deposited in nickel-phosphorus matrix. The coating is slightly magnetic and tensile in stress. The extremely low coefficient of friction has proven very valuable in high abrasion and wear applications where lubricity, release and galling are an issue.
